1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeeHunter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeeHunter is a golf tee time availability aggregator that displays availability information from various golf courses. We do not directly book tee times; we provide links to course booking systems.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information
New accounts may require admin approval during beta

4. Subscription Plans

Free: Limited access to availability data
Basic ($5/month): Full access with up to 3 favorite courses
Pro ($20/month or $200/year): Unlimited favorites and faster data updates

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel anytime through your billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Resell or redistribute data from the Service
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Accuracy

Tee time availability is fetched from third-party golf course booking systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always confirm availability directly with the golf course.

7. Intellectual Property

The TeeHunter name, logo, and service are owned by us. Golf course names and logos are property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeeHunter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tee times or booking errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
